Settlement between Bibi Khanum Sultan and Agha Bibi, 1895
Settlement between Bibi Khanum Sultan, daughter of the late Karbalayi Muhammad Riza and wife of Mashhadi Husayn Banna’ [the mason], and Agha Bibi, daughter of the late Aqa Bayg and wife of Mashhadi Mahmud Vash-furush [the cottonwool merchant], over all of her rights to a specific house inherited from her mother, located in the Ishaq Bayg neighborhood of Shiraz, for fifteen tumans. On the margin, Agha Bibi settles the above property with her husband, Mashhadi Mahmud, for fifteen tumans.

Giving power of attorney for divorce, 1915
Mirza Muhammad Riza, son of the late Mirza Muhammad Husayn Khan, has stated his return to his wife, Salar Khanum, daughter of the late Haj Aqa Pust-furush [the fur seller] from Shiraz in the presence of Haji Mirza Muhammad Hasan al-Tabatabayi al-Najafi. He then gives power of attorney to Shaykh Haydar ‘Ali in order to triple-divorce Salar Khanum.

Power of attorney for divorce and reconciliation, 1914
Power of attorney given by Mirza Muhammad Riza, son of Haji Mirza Muhammad Husayn Khan, to Shaykh Haydar‘ali in order to divorce him from his wife, Salar Khanum, daughter of the late Haji Aqa Buzurg Pust-furush [fur dealer] from Shiraz. On the margin, Mirza Muhammad Riza returns to Salar Khanum three days after their divorce, gives the power of attorney to divorce her again to Shaykh Haydar‘ali, and then gives the power of attorney to divorce him from Salar Khanum to Shaykh Haydar‘ali for a second time.

Petition written by the wife of Mashhadi Abu al-Qasim Kulah-duz [the hat maker] to the head of the Justice Department requesting the release of her husband, who has been kept in custody at the Police Station for the baseless accusation of not paying rent, while she and his other dependents are left without their head of household.

Copy of the settlement between Mashhadi ‘Ali Kurah-paz [the tile maker], son of Mashhadi Haji Tajir [the merchant] from Shiraz, and Mirza Muhammad Husayn, son of Mulla Ahmad Nayrizi, over a house located at Ishaq Bayg neighborhood of Shiraz for five hundred tumans. The permanent wife of the seller witnessed this settlement, and confirmed she had no rights to the property.
